Visit a masseria - from milk to cheese
You will taste cheeses paired with a selection of jams and accompanied by local wine or beer.
Enjoy this fun and engaging experience in contact with nature and Masseria animals, discovering the production cycle of milk, “from the cow to the apulian cheeses”. You will be personally involved in milking and in the different stages of the cheese production cycle.
For children, the tasting will be accompanied by a drink of their choice.
The farm has organic certification. A fun and delicious experience, suitable for all!

Wine experience in a ancient castle
A special Wine Experience with winemakers and sommeliers who will lead you through the secrets of the vineyards, the special tools of the cellar and the history exhibited in the museum.
San Pancrazio Salentino. This experience take place in a historic castle which has endured for more than six centuries. It has faced many a threat – the last during the second world war. The castle boasts an ancient wine cellar and the nearby museum celebrates the story of the local vineyards.Â

This experience is perfect for those who want to learn more about the famous wines of the Apulian region. The tour includes a visit to the winery, the wine museum, three glasses of wine accompanied by a platter of local salami and cheeses.

Organic extra virgin olive oil tasting in an ancient fortified masseria
You will visit the farm museum, the eighteenth-century farmhouse owner’s private chapel and the Roman underground oil mill (probably one the oldest and the best preserved oil mill in the Mediterranean basin).
This ancient fortified farm dates back to the end of 16th century (Masseria here in Puglia) and is located just a few kilometres away from Ostuni (famous as the Città Bianca, The white city), in the plain of ancient Olive trees and in the proximity of the ancient Roman Appian way. This a charming place is surrounded by thousands and thousands of ancient olive trees, some specimens date back more than 3,000 years and are considered natural archaeological monuments.
This experience offers you a walk among the thousand-year-old olive trees , a jump in the ancient peasant life, discovering the noble and millennial art of cultivating the land in a location chock full of history. Backing inside the Masseria the guide will let you travel back in time over the centuries by narrating the history of its construction, the old life inside it, the reasons why it has fortified walls. The guide will accompany you discovering all about the tradition of apulian olive oil, from the olive harvest, through the milling to the extraction of the yellow gold.
The tour ends with a taste of 4 varieties of organic extra virgin olive oils produced by the farm.
